After south Atlanta local Alice Ramsey’s battle and survival of breast caner, she knew she wanted to do something to promote change, growth and Support. She remembers her mother saying, “you can’t change the world, but you can take care of your little corner.” It was that conversation that gave birth to The Pink Posse Foundation. Every year since, Alice with the help of many selfless volunteers has organized a fund raising event at her own home. to help raise money for people going through exactly what she has gone through and help with cancer treatment, not only monetary, but most importantly with love and support.

It is amazing to see the support and assurance to newly diagnosed patients that there is a positive outcome to this debilitating disease.  with many attendees being 10+ year survivors. With help from donors and volunteers the day starts out with a 2.5 mile walk  and ends with drinks and raffeling off over 100 different prizes! from Local High school/ college swag baskets to larger prizes like kayaks and the famous yeti coolers.  for more information on the event  check out their website: http://www.pinkposseofga.com/
